When was the last time you cleaned your aura ?
And why is it important to cleanse your energy. Lets start by learning what an aura is .
To break it down more an aura is the emotions you think and feel in energy form which then radiates off of you. This is how your able to sense if someone bad vibes or if a person is upset even though they are not visibly showing any signs of distress.

How Can An Aura Get Dirty?
We encounter a variety of people in daily life, some of whom are not particularly pleasant. In addition to all the rude and unpleasant people we might encounter on the street, in school, and at work, we also have our own personal problems to deal with. Whether it's insecurity, financial difficulties, a loved one's death, a friend's betrayal, or heartbreak, those burdens weigh on us gradually, lowering our mood and polluting our auras with negative vibrations unless they are faced and resolved.

How To Cleanse
Open a window , we are trying remove negative energy, it has to go somewhere so keep it open until the end of the cleanse. Make sure your bathroom is free of any clutter, shower first to remove any dirt off your body. Wash your tub then start to fill the bath with water at a comfortable temperature. While the bath fills, prepare your supplies. This can include setting crystals or candles at the corners of the bath and lighting incense. While washing your body, speak your intention of healing out loud or ask a deity or spirit for help. As you soak in the water, know that the bath is cleansing you, purifying you, and bringing you your desire.

I say things like "Father God please cleanse me of any negative energy I may harbor in my body mind and soul" "Watch Over Me. Be commended unto thee. The Lord is crucified. So that misfortunes may not overcome me. In the name of God the Father, Son, and the Holy spirt"
As I do this I make sure to take deep breaths fully believing the negative energy is leaving my aura.
After soaking and meditating for about 15 minutes, I continue my night time routine and change into clean night clothes . I then sit on the floor, *you can also use crystals and incense to raise your vibrations*,and light palo santo (which brings positive energy), then I begin to meditate, focusing on my intention for the day ahead. After about 20 minutes of meditation I say another prayer and go to sleep.

If you have read this far thank you and I hope this helped you.
love,
